Nicola Moreira Miccione is the Secretary of State for the Civil House of Rio de Janeiro. He holds a degree in Law from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Higher School of the Judiciary of the State of Ceará (Esmec/UFC), and an MBA in Business Management from the Foundation Institute of Administration (FIA/USP). Nicola has been a lawyer for Banco do Nordeste do Brasil since 2000, where he has held various positions, including management roles in the Legal Advisory and Asset Restructuring departments. Since September 2020, he has been serving as the Secretary of State for the Civil House, contributing to significant infrastructure and development projects in Rio de Janeiro​
