With over 27 years of experience in sales and leadership, Amanda has a proven track record of developing high-performance teams and delivering exceptional results. She joined Genesys in 2021 after an 18-year tenure at the América Móvil Group, bringing with her a customer-oriented mindset and a strategic approach to business development.As Vice President of Sales, Amanda is responsible for leading Genesys’ operations in Brazil, focusing on driving the company’s growth and ensuring customer satisfaction and success. In parallel, Amanda is involved in the innovation ecosystem as a board advisor for several startups and as a business advisor, having graduated from Inova Business School.Outside of work, she values spending time with her family, including her two children and husband, exploring diverse cultures, practicing sports, and creating lasting memories.
