João Luis Ribeiro de Almeida, a Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Oil & Gas departments at Demarest, holds a master’s degree in Corporate Law from New York University. He is also a postgraduate in Oil and Gas Law and Business from IBP in partnership with UERJ and in Tax Law from FGV. Additionally, he has a specialization in International Oil & Gas Law, Contracts, and Negotiations from the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation (USA). He has a strong track record in transactional work, representing large companies, particularly in the energy sector.
