Hudson Zanin

Professor UNICAMP

Hudson Zanin is a key figure in the field of energy transition technologies. With a background in Physics from the University of São Carlos and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Campinas, his expertise centers on material science and instrumentation. Hudson has conducted postdoctoral research in Brazil and the UK and now serves as a professor and research coordinator at UNICAMP. He focuses on developing functional materials for energy storage and conversion, boasting over a hundred publications and ten patents. Hudson also founded South America’s first lab for manufacturing batteries and supercapacitors.
