Fernanda Delgado is an executive in the energy sector with over 20 years of experience in relevant companies in the industry in Brazil and abroad. She is a Postgraduate Professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV and UFRJ. She also teaches in the Postgraduate Program at the Army Command and Staff College. With a PhD in Energy Planning (COPPE/UFRJ), Master’s degrees in Information Technology (CEFET/RJ) and International Finance (FGV/EBAPE), Fernanda has authored four books on petropolitics and energy.
