Women In Energy

More inclusion, leadership, and women’s empowerment in the future of energy

What is Women in Energy?

Women in Energy is the Energy Summit’s platform dedicated to boosting women’s participation, visibility, and leadership in the energy sector.

Created to bring together women who already hold leadership positions as well as those who are building their careers, the initiative promotes meetings, content, mentoring, recognition, and strategic connections within the country’s leading innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem for energy and sustainability.

Pillars:

  • Inclusion: expanding women’s presence as a central priority for the sector’s future.
  • Leadership: empowering women who hold—and will hold—decision-making positions.
  • Access: Creating concrete conditions to expand participation and visibility.
  • Proactivity: Giving a platform, a voice, and recognition to women who are transforming energy in Brazil.
