Diana Walker is a distinguished leader in climate change mitigation and corporate sustainability, with nearly two decades of experience shaping impactful initiatives and strategic alliances. As the founder of Walker Impact Strategies in 2012, she focuses on supporting a diverse range of clients—including corporations, governments, NGOs, and investors—in developing effective environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies. Her expertise extends to crafting innovative, measurable business models and philanthropic investments that align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Diana currently serves as the Senior Advisor for Climate in the Office of the U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, where she influences U.S. climate policy at the highest levels. Previously, Diana led public-private partnerships at the United Nations Foundation, facilitating collaboration between the UN, corporations, governments, and various stakeholders to generate sustainable impacts. Currently, she holds several advisory and board roles, influencing global strategies on climate change, global health, and women’s empowerment, emphasizing her commitment to ethical leadership and innovative social impact financing. Diana’s work is pivotal in driving forward sustainable and integrated approaches within the private and public sectors, enhancing ESG performance, and leading strategic partnerships that address critical global challenges.
