With nearly two decades in consultancy, focused on organizational transformation and leveraging a solid background in production engineering and a master’s in innovation management, he has been pivotal at EloGroup, leading high-impact projects in energy and sustainability since 2019. Now, as the Executive Director at Rio Energy Bay, an MIT initiative, he’s spearheading the transformation of Rio de Janeiro into Brazil’s premier innovation ecosystem for energy and sustainability, applying his vast experience to promote sustainable development and entrepreneurial acceleration in the region.
