With over 25 years of experience in the energy sector and since 2021 as CEO of TotalEnergies EP Brasil and Country Chair, Charles leads more than 3,500 employees with a commitment to produce and deliver increasingly cleaner, safer, and more accessible energy to as many people as possible. Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), Charles also holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Ibmec and an MBA in Energy Planning from Coppead UFRJ.
