Celso Cunha is an Electrical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Systems and Computing Engineering. He completed his qualification exams at Facultés Universitaires Notre-Dame de La Paix-Namur, Belgium, in 1995. He holds an MBA in Business Administration, Information Systems Analysis, and Energy Efficiency. 
He is currently the President of the Brazilian Association for the Development of Nuclear Activities – ABDAN; a member of the Electric Sector Associations Forum, the Energy Councils, and the Economic Development Council of the Federation of Industries of the State of Rio, a member of the Economic Development Forum of the State of Rio’s Legislative Assembly, and also a member of the Board of Directors of the Energy Research Company of Brazil (EPE).
