Suelen Marcolino is the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Kraft Heinz, a Diversity Consultant, and an Advisory Board Member. She graduated in International Relations and holds an MBA in Digital Marketing from FGV. She built a solid career in the commercial field and, over the last decade, dedicated herself to the Technology sector. Her work in promoting diversity and inclusion, while still acting as a sales executive at LinkedIn Latin America, led her to be recognized in several prominent lists, such as the Forbes ranking of the 10 Black professionals making history in major technology companies; by Nexxt Media Research as one of the 30 most influential people in technology in Brazil in 2023, and as one of the 25 most important people in technology in Brazil in 2022 according to the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. She was also recognized as one of the Top 100 professionals contributing to making the market more humane by Feedz by TOTVS in 2022 and, from that year, left the commercial area to work as a manager in diversity and inclusion.
